Let's meet at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Missouri Riverfront Trail. This hidden treasure is somewhat new to Platte County Parks at less than a year old. From Highway 9 the trail runs South toward the river hugging a charming tree line. The first mile is a smooth asphalt surface. At that point the trail joins the levee and is a fine gravel and overall very flat. Friends, family, bicycles and pets are welcome.

Bring plenty of water and sunscreen. It will be in the low 80's around 9:00 a.m. I hope to see you Saturday morning!
